1. Admission Letter/Joining instructions students are advised to take their admission letters at the following points:

2. PAYMENT

The student should make the necessary payments before reporting to the university for registration all those who have been allocated loans by the HESLB should pay not less than a quarter of the amount of tuition fee not allocated by the HESLB the self – sponsored students should at least pay not less than half of the tuition fee the students should also pay the following:

3. REGISTRATION

 The students are required to report at the university on 1st October, 2012, for registration. Students should come with their original certificates, medical report, four (4) passport size photographs and bank pay in slip, for any payment made.

The deadline for registration is 7th October, 2012

4. ORIENTATION WEEK

Orientation week for the new students begins on 8th October, 2012

5. LECTURES

 Lectures begin on 15th October, 2012
